Summary: Reno died in January, but come December, Rufus Shinra still talks about him as if he were on a short trip and returning that night. A madman within Shin-Ra Company's ranks decides to cure him. With Rufus' disappearance, signs begin to pop up that Reno is alive and well, but has he gone rogue and working with the kidnapper or what?
Pairings: Reno/Rufus, mention of Tseng/Elena
WARNINGS:
1- I know there's no Christmas on Gaia. I messed that up, okay? My bad, but it's too far into it to pull all the references.
2 - There is a Before Crisis character in chapter five onwards. In game, he's simply been called 'The Legendary Turk'. I gave him a name and all the rest other than the cigars. I doubt that qualified as a spoiler since I know nothing about him other than that.
3 - As chapters progress, this is getting progressively more violent, bloody, and mind-messing. Consider yourself warned.
